В 2024-25 годах мы с коллегами из #Ильинская больница посетили все пять центров, которые имеют самый большой опыт хирургического лечения местнораспространенного рака поджелудочной железы, а также центр в Балтиморе, обладающий большим опытом лечения перитонеального карциноматоза. Везде мы имели возможность и удовольствие посмотреть в деле, обсудить интересующие нас проблемы и обменяться опытом с лучшими специалистами в этой области.

Несмотря на встречи на съездах, конференциях и мастер-классах, понимание техники, стратегии, тактики и идеологии приходит только тогда, когда ты видишь лучших из лучших в деле, начиная от осмотра пациентов, онкологических и мультидисциплинарных консилиумов, и заканчивая операционной и послеоперационным периодом. Проблемы, которые стоят перед нами общие, но решаем мы их иногда по-разному, что важно знать и учитывать в своей практике. Обмен опытом – это то, что, кроме прочего, спасает и продлевает жизнь нашим пациентам.
Очень приятной была встреча с Сергеем Гришанковым, с которым мы вместе работали в Институте хирургии им Вишневского. Сейчас он сотрудник известной исследовательской Bakken лаборатории Университета Миннесоты. Это высокий уровень, и Сергей показал нам лаборатории и рассказал много интересного о проектах и сотрудничестве.
Invaluable experience of communicating with the best.
In 2024-25, my colleagues and I from the #Ilyinskaya Hospital visited all five centers that have the most experience in the surgical treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer, as well as the center in Baltimore, which has extensive experience in the treatment of peritoneal carcinomatosis.
Everywhere we had the opportunity and pleasure to see things in action, discuss problems that interested us, and exchange experiences with the best specialists in this field.

Despite meetings at congresses, conferences and master classes, understanding of technology, strategy, tactics and ideology comes only when you see the best of the best in action, from examining patients, oncological and multidisciplinary boards, to the operating room and post-operative period.
The problems we face are common, but we sometimes solve them in different ways, which is important to know and take into account in our practice. Sharing experience is what, among other things, saves and prolongs the lives of our patients.
